So, I've been going for a very long time, I don't really want to, but I decided to write my first article about my experience with a push-button phone, one of the phones in my life, and I'll tell you why it is.
This article will focus on a push-button phone, aka the Nobby 240 4G LTE push-button smartphone.
Let me first start about my peculiarity, my views on the life of information technology, and I have been associated with them in various fields for a very long time, you can say since childhood all my life.
At first, very large cell phones appeared, then they became smaller and smaller, and personal computers developed in parallel, which included a system unit and a monitor, which also shrank to laptops.
Then, not so long ago, about 15 years ago, the appearance of smartphones began, this is when both the phone and the computer were combined.
At the moment, I use only a Nokia push-button phone on the street due to my health and habit. I am writing the article now from a smartphone, for me a smartphone is essentially a computer, I do not call from it and I do not like even when the matrix, the smartphone screen is covered with fat and sweat from the face.
I really liked the word of one girl in the store who said that each device should perform its own tasks. And I will add, the more they are fragmented, roughly speaking, music is an mp3 player, books are an e-book, calls are a push-button phone, games are a personal computer, Internet access is a laptop, and so on.
That is, each device is adapted to its tasks, and not when you are both a reaper and a seamstress and I don't know who else. That is, a smartphone is used for everything. And to summarize, for the distribution of the Internet - an external router, modem.
Compressing everything into one bottle indicates a low quality of life, impoverishment of the population. Because a computer is a separate platform for many professional tasks at once. Personally, my offense is related to the fact that as a child, as a child, I saw compositions with copper leaving us somewhere, we handed it over for pennies in kilograms. And the smartphone itself, what does it contain in general? How many kilograms of copper, gold, platinum and why is it so expensive? Maybe someone knows this, but definitely not me. Probably because everyone wants to eat too and there are a lot of people who want to, but there is only one smartphone.
At the moment, the Nobby 240 LTE push-button phone has been discontinued. I bought it because at one time I was very much inspired by the Nokia x2-oo push-button phone, based on 2G with the ability to access the Internet. In fact, it is also a smart push-button smartphone. Any small screens are a strain on your eyesight.
This is an analogue of the expensive Nokia phone based on the Kaios operating system.
You can talk for a very long time and a lot. I will only tell you the main reason why I used it, I still have it now, only his battery was blown up and I did not find any alternative.
First of all, I liked that it has an operating system, processor, RAM, that it is essentially a minimal computer. The LTE function gives a softer speech when talking, the range of sounds is slightly wider. Than just a dialer, which at first seems to literally cut the whole hearing. That is, a pleasant and gentle conversation.
I have not downloaded or used any applications. Money brought me to him again. I called him on the street, and at home I turned on the distribution of the Internet to my tablet and smartphone via wi-fi. Since all tariffs of the MTS operator are designed more for a smartphone when everything is in one bottle. Roughly speaking, there is a very strong wisdom and subtleties there.
Now I have 2 tariffs, one I had to switch to a separate external modem for distribution and a separate smartphone due to the swelling of the battery and the withdrawal of this phone from production. That is, I do not use the Internet directly from my smartphone, and in general I am in favor of returning to old traditions and rolling back to past times, returning personal computers and even a twisted pair to access the Internet, or 5G technology that is more harmful to health.
To sum up, the main advantage of this phone is the Kaios autonomous operating system, which is completely independent of anyone, and the ability to access the Internet, namely distributing the Internet to a larger screen. Since working with text on such a micro screen is a torment.
I'll probably stop here and attach a link to a more detailed review. And I will say that at the moment I am allocating a smartphone with at least 6 gigabytes of RAM. Since mine is only 4 and it is already difficult to type text on it.
And this phone and Nokia analogues are convenient both as a dialer and as an Internet distribution.
I hope the article will be useful to someone
